How much is the shipping fee and what courier do you use?
We use J&T Express for our shipping. Our standard shipping rate nationwide is ₱120.
NOTE: We will be using Abest Express temporarily from Dec 11-13 to avoid any delays in delivery due to the 12.12 year end sale of 2 big online shops.
We use PHLPost registered mail for most addresses abroad. All Singapore orders will be shipped via non-registered mail.
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
International customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty charges.
Do you do Cash on Delivery?
Not now, sorry.
Do you do meet-ups?
If you're ordering 30 pieces or more, we can arrange a meet-up near Marikina, Ortigas or Cubao. Please message us on Facebook to arrange your order.
We occasionally create special meet-up events which we announce in our Facebook page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro Manila orders take 2-5 business days and provincial orders take 3-7 days to arrive AFTER shipment.
Express (Additional ₱100)
Metro Manila orders take 1-2 business days. Luzon orders take 1-3 days, and Visayas and Mindanao orders take 3-5 days to arrive AFTER shipment.
Note: Our cut-off time for shipments is at 12pm. Payments received after that will be shipped the next day. No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For international orders, due to country-specific customs processes, please allow 14-28 days for international delivery.
Note: These are the estimated times of arrival and some factors that are out of our control may affect the delivery time.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of the day the order was confirmed and paid.
How do I track my order?
You will be provided a shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Please note that all Singapore orders will be shipped via non-registered mail so we cannot provide a tracking number.
Can I ship my order to someone else?
Yes, please provide the correct Shipping address at checkout. You will be provided a shipment confirmation via email with a tracking code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following options:
- PayPal (credit/debit card)
- Bank transfer to BPI or BDO
- Palawan Express or Cebuana money transfer
Where can I send proof of my payment?
Please send us a photo of the deposit slip or screenshot of mobile transfer, at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject.
Until when can I pay for my order?
You can pay within 1 day after you place an order. Your order will be cancelled if we don't receive proof of payment within 1 day.
Can I make changes to my online order?
No, sorry! Once an order is placed, we can't make changes anymore. Please check your order details before submitting.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
If the product you receive doesn't perform to your standards of quality, we'll replace your item within 7 days upon receiving your order. Send us an email at email@example.com.
The item that you received must be shipped back to us.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
How do I care for my garments?
All headwear products can be machine or hand washed.

Why is the company called Bergel?
The name Bergel is a combination of the founders' names. It was meant to be a wordplay for "Berge", the German word for mountains.
What does the Bergel logo represent?
Using the wonderful symmetry of the founders' initials (BGPL), the Bergel logo is meant to represent a mountain; the setting which evokes our passion for the outdoors, travel, and adventure.
