How much is the shipping fee and what courier do you use?

Domestic

We use J&T Express for our shipping. Our standard shipping rate nationwide is 120.

We use PHLPost registered mail for most addresses abroad. All Singapore orders will be shipped via non-registered mail.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

International customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty charges.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard

Metro Manila orders take 2-5 business days and provincial orders take 3-7 days to arrive AFTER shipment.

Note: Our cut-off time for shipments is at 12pm. Payments received after that will be shipped the next shipping day. We ship Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

International

For international orders, due to country-specific customs processes, please allow 14-28 days for international delivery.

Note: These are the estimated times of arrival and some factors that are out of our control may affect the delivery time.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

We ship orders Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Please note that all Singapore orders will be shipped via non-registered mail so we cannot provide a tracking number.

Can I cancel an order once placed?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore unless there's a valid reason for the cancellation (lost/damaged package, package took too long to arrive). Once cancellation is approved, we will refund the order after the package is returned to us.

For PH orders, our courier attempts a second delivery if nobody was available to receive the package on the first attempt or if they cannot locate the address. Please make sure to answer any calls/messages from the delivery person to avoid any delays.
