The Panagbenga multifunctional headwear is inspired by the Panagbenga festival celebrated annually in February at Baguio City. The term “Panagbenga” comes from the Kankanaey term meaning “season of blooming”. It is a tribute to the city's flowers and as a way to rise up from the devastation of the 1990 Luzon earthquake.
